Vcita is a comprehensive business management solution, which is a great fit for small to medium sized businesses and professionals like accountants, freelancers and consultants etc. It has futuristic invoicing and billing features which can give a user the financial peace of mind that they always craved but could never get.

Plans & Pricing

Vcita offers a number of subscription plans for teams and businesses of all sizes. They currently offer the following subscriptions:


This package costs $29 per month if you choose a monthly subscription or $19 per month if you go for an annual billing plan. The online scheduling plan can be added for an additional $15 per month. With it, you get online appointment booking, event and class registration as well as online invoicing and payment features. It supports up to 1,000 clients and includes email support.


The subscription most suited to the needs of emerging businesses – the ‘Business’ Package costs $59 per month on a monthly payment plan and $45 per month on an annual one. All the features of the essentials package are included along with 3rd party integrations, SMS reminders, multi-staff and team calendar, email and SMS marketing and coupons. It also comes with 2 staff members and you can add an additional staff member for $15. It supports up to 5,000 clients, includes email and phone support as well as a free onboarding session.


The ‘Platinum’ package is perfect for established businesses and costs $99 per month if you go for a monthly payment subscription and $75 per month if you go for an annual plan. It comes with 5 staff and you can additional members for 15$/person. All the business plan features are included along with custom client notifications, client routing automation, permissions and staff roles. You can manage unlimited clients, get priority support and benefit from a free onboarding session.

Platinum 10 & Platinum 20

Dedicated to creating packages for all team sizes, vCita recently added two new plans for larger teams. Platinum 10 gives you up to 10 staff logins for $117/month (when billed annually), and Platinum 20 gives you up to 20 staff logins for $196/month (when billed annually). In addition, Platinum 20 subscribers get a dedicated account manager.


The essentials, business and platinum packages can all be tried out for 14 days via the free trial prior to the purchase. vCita combines a lot of beneficial business management features and yet it doesn’t charge steep rates which indicate the prevalence of a consumer-friendly pricing policy.

Managing clients on vCita is a very simple and efficient affair. You can add a client directly from the application or invite them via email or import using Google Contacts or an EXCEL or CSV file. Coupon Creation and Attachment

Estimate Management

vCita offers intuitive estimate management features which let you dispatch estimates to your clients within a matter of seconds. You can attach multiple items in estimates and can add customized notes in the footer as well.

Automated Payment Reminders

You can select whether you want to remind yourself or your client whenever a payment is overdue. The reminder can be set for customizable times after the deadline gets exceeded and in case you want your client to be reminded, you can also customize the message that should be sent to them. By making a single additional click, you can also dispatch the client a text message along with the email.

Balance and Payment History Tracking

You can associate tags with a client or see all the appointments that you might have scheduled with them or see their payment history at any time. Any and all estimates and invoices sent to them can be reconciled at a later time and you can also go through previously carried out conversations.

Central Dashboard

The main dashboard of the application provides a holistic financial overview of everything going on within your business ecosystem. Whether you want to see all your open estimates, past due payments or what your calendar for the next month looks like, all can be done from the dashboard.
