Plans & Pricing
QuickBooks offers a 30-day trial version of all of its following packages:
Simple Start
This package costs $15 per month and contains sales, expense and profit tracking along with sales tax management and the ability to create and send unlimited invoices. You get apps for PC, Mac and mobile and only one user can use the application along with your accountant.
Essentials
The essentials package costs $23 per month and it can be used by 3 users in addition to your accountant. It gives you the bill-paying and management feature along with sales quote generation and the ability to transact in multiple currencies. All “Simple Start” features are also included.
Plus
The plus package costs $31 per month and can be used by up-to 25 users and your accountant. It lets you track inventory, create purchase orders, track job or project profitability and includes all the “essentials” features.
Freelancer
This package costs $10 per month, lets you track miles, incomes and expenses. It also lets you generate quarterly tax estimates and run reports.
Considering that QuickBooks is the most widely preferred invoicing solution, its rates are fairly reasonable.
