If you previously sent a quote to a client which has now been agreed, you can simply convert it into an invoice by clicking on the “Turn to invoice button” that is present in the drop-down that pops up once you hover on the quote in the “Quotes” section.

You can add your company logo, terms and conditions and other pertinent information regarding your company to your invoice within seconds. You can also change the invoice template from the “Invoice customization” section present under “Settings”. Any existing invoice can also be edited at any time.
