The essentials plan costs $19.95/month + 1% per invoice, for businesses with up to $6,000 in monthly invoice volume. In includes the invoice manager, late fee manager, customer portal & mobile app, and integrated payments.
Their most popular plan is the professional plan. It is $49.95 per month + .5% per invoice, for businesses with up to $100,000 in monthly invoice volume. It includes all the features of the essentials plan.
Like the two other plans, the corporate plan includes all the same features. It costs $299.95 per month +.25% per invoice, for businesses with more than $100,000 monthly invoice volume.
Optional Add Ons
Biller Genie also provides payment processing for an additional $20 per month or .50¢ per transaction (whichever is greater). Your customers will have access to a branded self-service portal. This secure platform allows you to collect authorization forms with eSign, convert paper checks to electronic transaction, and provides automated reconciliation with your accounting software.
For businesses who still use paper invoices, Biller Genie offers their paper mail service for $1.50 per reminder + .25¢ per extra page. Biller Genie automatically prints, stuffs, posts, and mails branded invoices and reminders, saving you 90% from manually processing your own paper invoices.
