Overview
Zoho invoice is one of the many products released by Zoho Corporation. It’s a sophisticated accounting and finance system which provides invoicing, expense management and timesheet features. It’s an ideal choice for small to medium sized businesses as well as freelancers who are looking to create customizable invoices efficiently.
Plans & Pricing
Zoho offers a ‘forever free’ plan which is ideal for companies that have to only create invoices for up to 5 customers. Other than that, there are the following plan options:
Basic
The basic plan costs $9 per month (or $90 for the whole year if you choose to pay annually). You can invoice up to 50 customers and generate 5 automated workflows. Only one user can use the application and it comes with all the fundamental Zoho features (including invoicing, estimates, time tracking and expense tracking) barring a custom domain which is only available with the professional plan.
Standard
This plan costs $19 if you choose to pay every month and $190 if you want to settle for an annual billing schedule. It is the same as the basic package apart from the facts that 3 users can use the application; up to 500 customers can be invoiced with it and up to 10 automated workflows can be generated.
Professional
The professional package costs $29 per month or $290 per year. You can invoice unlimited customers with it, up to 10 users can use the application, 10 automated workflows can be generated and you also get a custom domain to go with all the Standard plan features.
After taking the versatility and richness of the features provided by Zoho Invoice into account, it can be concluded that their prices are fairly reasonable compared to their counterparts.
